cancelation policy

At Cinelli Hair, we value your time and ours. In order to provide the best service to all our clients, we have a cancellation policy in place. We kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Failure to provide the required notice for cancellation will result in a charge of 50% of the cost of the service(s) you had booked. This policy is in place to ensure that our stylists' time is respected and to minimize disruptions to our schedule.

If you need to cancel due to illness, we are more than happy to reschedule your appointment for the following week. This will ensure the health and safety of our staff and clients.
