Cancellations

We appreciate your time and ask that you appreciate ours as well. When cancelling an appointment we require 24 hours notice. *Service charges may apply at your next visit*

Correction Services

We at Cinelli's guarantee all of our services. In order to recieve a "touchup" we must be contacted within 7 days of the original service. At that time a corrective appointment will be scheduled with the original stylist, in order for us to assess the situation.

Refund Policy

Please be advised that there are no refunds on services that have already been performed. If you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us immediately. *See corrective services*

Extension Policy

Due to the extensive amount of time that the extension process takes, we require a deposit of 50% at the time the appointment is booked. A complimentary consultation will also be scheduled prior to the service.

Referrals

The best compliment that you can give us is the referral of the people closest to you. Each time you refer a new guest to our salon, both you and your guest will recieve a complimentary gift, courtesy of Cinelli Hair.
